1. Must be at least 21 years of age and a member of the Silver Rewards Slot Club.
   
2. Qualifying for this promotion begins on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 2:00 and ends Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 1:59am
   
3. There will be a Video Poker Tournament held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Players will be able to play earned round(s) between the hours of 11am – 2pm and 4pm – 7pm as seats are available.
   
4. Players may earn up to 2 rounds depending how many earned points they earn Feb 1 – Mar 16, 2010. See below.
   
5. Players earning 5,000 base points (not multiplied) will play (1) 5 minute round of BONUS Poker. Their score will be recorded and paid accordingly if in the top 14 places at end of tournament.
   
6. Players earning 20,000 base points (not multiplied) will play (2) 5 minute rounds of BONUS Poker. Their BETTER score will be recorded and paid accordingly if in the top 14 places at end of tournament. Only one score will count for any players.
   
7. In the qualifying round, players will receive 2,500 credits and 5 minutes to play as many hands as possible and achieve the highest score possible.
   
8. The top scores throughout the day will be recorded, and will be posted at 8pm or earlier that evening.
   
9. Players will have until 8:00 pm the following day to claim their prize. No exceptions.
   
10. The prize breakdown is as follows:
    1st Place - $400.00
    2nd Place - $150.00
    3rd & 4th Place - $75.00
    5th & 6th Place - $50.00
    7th – 14th Place $25.00
    
11. In the event that a machine malfunctions during the tournament, that player will be given the option to select any other machine of choice and will start completely over or take the score showing at the time of malfunction, provided there is a display. There is no compensation for the points earned on the malfunctioned machine. The new score will stand if the option to play again is chosen.
    
12. All tournaments are smoke-free and beverage free.
    
13. Seats are non-transferable and must be used by the player who qualified.
    
14. Silver Nugget and Opera House Casino employees and their immediate families (spouses and/or other household members) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
    
15. By participating in this promotion winners hereby give their permission to Silver Nugget Gaming LLC., and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
    
16. Management of Silver Nugget Gaming reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this promotion at any time.
